2.                 To discuss options for effective dealing with these behaviors – both reactively and proactively.

 

3.                 To recommend to the full City Council any changes in policies or ordinances, changes in problem reporting and tracking methods, etc. that can be brought to bear to change these negative behaviors in our neighborhoods.

64.     That the City Council of the City of Worcester hereby recognizes  Janice Borg Silverman as the recipient of the Massachusetts Municipal Personnel Association’s (MMPA) 2004 Emil Skop Award recognizing her outstanding contributions in the field of human resources management in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  This is not Ms. Silverman’s first statewide award.  In 1997, she received the Eugene E. Rooney Public Service Award for recognition of her work in the field of human resources development and training.
