E. I recommended and Council approved a
transfer in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
($15,250.00) to provide funds for the installation of ADA Compliant voting
booths. The invoice to install the ADA voting booth is slightly higher than the
original amount requested. The invoice was paid and the account is in deficit
by $500.00.
In order to eliminate the deficit, I respectfully request that Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) be transferred from Account #91C780, Capital Equipment, and appropriated to Account #15C701, Election Commission Capital Outlay, to eliminate the deficit in the account. (Attachments)
