23. Request City Manager to provide the City Council with a
chart aligning the permanent positions in the Development Office by job title
within each of the various sections of the department and a separate listing of
the names of the staff people.

the Office of Planning and Community Development.
25. Request the Budget Director to provide City Council with a
report addressing the 20% administrative salary cap in the newly aligned
financial administration of the city's block grant.

lifeguard position’s employment, to start earlier in the season in another
capacity, as part of his effort to attract college students who seek employment
beginning at the end of the spring semester in mid-May.
