53.          Request Traffic Engineer to post a "Thickly Settled Neighborhood" sign on Clark St. and further, that the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works review the sidewalk situation in the area of 295 Clark St.

55.          Request Administration to provide information if and when funding becomes available to build a new Central Garage that the Franklin St. site be considered as a preferred site.
