recommend adoption of the accompanying Order that an Order of the City
Council - Ordered: that in accordance with Section 43 of Chapter 9 of the
Revised Ordinances of 1974 a commercial loading zone is hereby established at
the following location: “Mechanic St. – north side – from a point 30’ east of Main
St. to a point 78’ east of Main St. 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday”
adopted in City Council January 3, 1985 be and is hereby rescinded and passage
