between I-290 and Ward St. for a trial period of 90 days.

requesting left turn signal on Vernon St. at the I-290 east and west

City Manager to provide funds to install a left turn signal on Vernon St. to
face southbound traffic at I-290 eastbound on the existing traffic signal.

of Janice & Gary Silverman et al requesting to remove the "No Left
Turn" sign from Millbrook St. onto Merton Rd. between 7-9 A.M. and 5-7
P.M. and to remove the "No Right Turn" sign from Burncoat St. onto
Burncoat Terrace between 7-9 A.M. and 5-7 P.M. as they severely curtail the
ability of residents to reach their homes in a timely fashion: recommend
adoption of the accompanying Order.

of Timothy O'Brien requesting to prohibit the use of horns between the hours of
9:00 P.M. and 9:00 A.M. by limousine services and taxicabs for the purpose of
alerting their fares of their arrival for pick-up. Further, request Council construct language regarding fines and
suspension/revocations for repeat offenders of this ordinance. A means of citizen reporting that allows
citizens to make a complaint that triggers the imposition of the fines without
a Police Officer witnessing the violation is also requested: recommend Petition be referred to the Law
Department.
