Bennett Field is an almost 6 acre park, undergoing renovations to the ball field and retaining wall along Gates Lane. Bennett field is located behind the state Veterans Memorial Pool in Webster Square. This park features a softball field, a playground and a pool!
The playground at Bennet Field consists of two sections. One section is designed for children 2-5 years old, while the other section is designed for children 5-12 years old. There are swings for young kids, and for older kids. There are also various play structures with varying levels of difficulty, such as a climbing wall, monkey bar structures, tic tac toe panel, tall or short slides and much more!
Cool off and take a dip in the Veterans Memorial (Bennett Field) Swimming Pool! This pool is located in the City park.
The pool is in the Bennett Field park, but it is run by the State's Department of Conservation and Recreation.

Hadwen Park has many winding nature trails, as well as a long, quick-flowing river that runs from Leesville to Curtis Pond. This park also features a baseball diamond, a basketball court, a picnic area and a playground in the north western section. You can escape the urban sights and sounds at Hadwen Park.
Farber Field is a small 3 acre city park located off of Moreland Street on Camelot Drive, on Worcester's West Side. This park features a newly renovated, synthetic multi-purpose field that hosts soccer teams from Worcester Youth Soccer and Doherty Memorial High School.
Bailey-Prouty Playground is located on the very western edge of Worcester, almost on the Paxton/Leicester line. This park features a baseball diamond and a playground. The playground includes a slide, climbing structures, and more! This park is home of John W. Spillane Memorial Field.
